These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TotoCare ("Service"), operated by TotoCare ("we," "us," or "our"). By using TotoCare, you agree to these Terms.
TotoCare is designed for licensed in-home family daycare providers in Washington State. By using the Service, you represent that you are a licensed childcare provider or authorized staff member.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use TotoCare only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
TotoCare sends SMS notifications to parents and guardians on your behalf using Twilio. By using this feature, you confirm that recipients have consented to receive SMS messages. Standard message and data rates apply. Recipients may opt out by replying STOP.
Your use of TotoCare is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
TotoCare is designed to support compliance with Washington State DCYF requirements (WAC 110-15-0126) and WCCC/CACFP documentation standards. However, you remain solely responsible for ensuring your daycare meets all applicable regulatory requirements.
All content, features, and functionality of TotoCare are owned by TotoCare and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
TotoCare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. TotoCare is not a substitute for professional legal or regulatory advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TotoCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at support@totocare.app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
